You can hire our Function Rooms for your own private Functions

The Main Function Room

Prices quoted below, include bar staff and a glass collector as part of the service offered by the club. This price books the room for our opening hours, from 7pm until 11.30pm or longer if specially arranged. Early access to the room can be arranged directly with the steward, or deputy steward, for the purpose of decorating and setting up, at no extra cost.
Our hall is often used for outside groups, (Women's Institute, Worker's Education Groups, etc.).

A booking form has to be completed, signed and handed into the club with the deposit to ensure you reserve the date for your function.



The Green Room


This medium sized room it is situated on the first floor, and is perfect for small business meetings, where privacy is required. Between 15-25 people can be accommodated comfortably.
Users of this room may use the 'Members Bar' to purchase refreshments, as no private bar facility is available. Unfortunately, this room is only accessible via stairs.
This is also a non-smoking room.

Members: £130.00 Plus VAT @ 20% £26.00 = £156.00
Non Members: £150.00 Plus VAT @ 20% £30.00= £180.00
IF YOU USE OUR CATERING SERVICE THEN THE HALL HIRE WILL BE:
Members: £80.00 Plus VAT @ 20% £16.00 = £96.00
Non Members: £100.00 Plus VAT @ 20% £20.00= £120.00
